Gag Me With A Spoon
December 10 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
GAG ME WITH A SPOON, hosted by Adeline Wright of Adeline Inc., is an evening of storytelling and open mic journal sharing.
Anna lives on Duluth’s East Hillside and thinks the Duluth rabbit population is Hitchcockian in both scope and proportion. She has worked as a freelance writer for 10 years, and co-created The Transistor Weekly. She received her Master’s of Advocacy and Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and currently resides in Duluth, Minnesota with her husband Jesse, their three children, and the occasional woodchuck.
Frank is originally from Hamburg, Germany. His background is visual art, filmmaking, interior design, restoration, architecture, and engineering. His pride and joy is working to complete the Artist Residency at The Little Knife Sanctuary in rural Duluth Township. There will be opportunities for people to stay there to create, and to offer workshops and retreats. Please check out his Facebook page and perhaps you want to befriend him.
OPEN MIC JOURNAL SHARING:
This is the open mic portion occurring between the storytellers for anyone to get up and read a journal entry, poem, writing, etc. We can’t wait to hear the hilarious, serious, heartwrenching, and wonderful writings you have to share.
Lovely music by Emma Spooner
